Come on down to the library for some cute Halloween coloring! Open to all ages. 

Money Smart

Tuesday, Nov. 5, 12, 19, & 26, 5:15-7:15 PM

Are you money smart? If not come learn with us! Susan N. Delo from Citizens Bank will be present the Money Smart program put out by the FDIC. Each Tuesday we will cover a new topic. Topics include; Your spending and savings Plan, Your Savings, Credit Reports and Scores, and Borrowing Basics. 

Twelve Crafts of Christmas

Nov. 11, 12, 19, 25, 26

 November 11, 2019  5-6:30 pm : Décor– We will be making Pom-Pom Garland to decorate your home or your tree.  No registration or fee required.

Recommended age: Adults.

November 12, 2019 3-5 pm: The Tree– We will be making a simple origami tree that makes a great decoration for your mantle or table. No registration or fee required.  Recommended age: All ages.

November 19, 2019 5-6:30 pm: Wreath– We will be making a tied fabric wreath to bring a festive feel to your

entry way. Pre-registration required: $1 fee. 

Recommended age: Adult.

November 25, 2019 3-5 pm: Kids craft-  We will be making a variety of popsicle stick ornaments.  No registration or fee required.  Recommended age: 3-12

November 26, 2019 3-5 pm: Ornaments-  You have the choice of making a cinnamon scented ornament or painting/decorating a premade clay ornament.  No registration or fee required.  Recommended age: All ages.

Join the Library's current events group. Meeting the fourth Friday of every month to discuss the current  issues affecting our nation and the world today. Bring newspaper or journal articles to discuss with the group and learn more about the issues facing the world today.

Chess Club

Every Thursday, 5-7:30

Join us if you are interested in learning to play chess or looking for an opponent. Bring your own chess set or use one of ours.

Knit and Crochet

Every Tuesday, 12:00-2:30

Participants bring own projects: knit, crochet, embroidery. Experienced knitters and crocheters available to help beginners.

Fine Arts and Painting

Saturday, Nov. 9 & 23, 10:30-12:30

A free art class for adults and teens taught by professional artist Don Gold. Materials and instruction are provided by the library. Learn to work with watercolors and acrylics. All levels of expertise welcome! Registration required.
